Each speaker is allotted 20 minutes: 15 for presenting the paper with an additional 5 minutes for a question-and-answer period following each talk.

 

The abstract should be emailed to cttimes@cttimes.org. Please write “Abstract of the paper” in the subject line.

 

All abstracts will be published in the Programme of the Conference so that other participants could preview them.

 

Abstracts should be created in Microsoft Word. Names of MS Word files containing abstracts of papers should be formed in the following way: letter “A”, underline, last name of the speaker, underline, brief or full name of the organization. For example, “A_Brown_Coiled Tubing Тimes.doc”.

 

Abstracts should be written using Times New Roman font, typesize 12 pt, one and a half line spacing.

 

The abstract of the papers should not exceed one page of A4 format (margins: upper 2 cm, lower 2 cm, left 3 cm, right 2 cm). Figures and tables are not allowed.

 

The abstract of the paper should include title, first and last names of the authors, the name of the organization.

 

A speaker should send an electronic form of the paper to the Steering committee before 16.08.2010. (see above)

Papers will be published in the Coiled Tubing Times Journal.

The text of the paper should be written using Times New Roman font, typesize 12 pt, one and a half line spacing.

 

The paper should not exceed 10 pages of A4 format (margins: upper 3 cm, lower 1.5 cm, left 1.5 cm, right 1.5 cm) not including tables and figures.

 

The paper should include title, first and last names of the authors, the name of the organization.

 

Before the beginning of the conference, the speaker has to provide the presentation of his or her paper in Microsoft Power Point format. Only CD-R disks or USB flash cards should be used as carriers of multimedia presentations.

 

As far as there will be both Russian-speaking and English-speaking participants at the Conference, speakers are kindly asked to make bilingual presentation (in Russian and in English).
