The 7 ^th Moscow International Exhibition "Oil and Gas 2003"/ MIOGE2003 was held in the exhibition complex CJSC "Expocenter" on June 24-27. At these days the 1 ^st Russian Oil&Gas Congress was held in the Blue Hall. More than 500 companies from 30 countries took part in the exhibition. More than 25 thousand experts visited the exhibition. The main topics of the exhibition were geology and geophysics, exploration, production, transportation, refining and storage of oil and gas, construction of oil and gas industry sites, environment protection, as well as materials and equipment, tubes and metal, pipelines, control and measuring equipment, automation equipment, safety measures and fire protection, software and computer technologies. Every year exhibition MIOGE gives a chance to a wide range of experts to get acquainted with the last achievements of Russian and foreign producers in the field of oil & gas production, transportation and refining, with the latest equipment and technologies for oil & gas industry, along with coiled tubing technologies. Nevertheless, some disadvantages can be mentioned.
