The recently outlined tendency of the Russian market to "division of labor" (i.e. production - to producing companies, drilling - to drillers, etc.) is well-taken and shows good results. Small servicing companies are more flexible not only from the point of view of labor management, but in decision-making as well, which provides them with additional advantages comparing to big enterprises. One of such companies is Westor Overseas Holdings Ltd., which fulfills repair of oil wells by coiled tubing. A.V.
