Experts of the Cementing Department of Belorusneft have developed and introduced into production a conceptually new drilling fluid. It will speed up the drilling of supersalt complexes and reduce the construction time for wells at Belorusneft fields.

Specialists of the service for washing liquids of the Cementing Department carried out a set of laboratory research and tests, thoroughly studied the section of the supersalt rock complex, and selected chemical reagents. And got the optimal composition. The brand-new DIFS (Drilling Inhibitor Fluid System) inhibiting polymer drilling fluid has not previously been used in fields in the Belarusian region. Industrial tests of the new grouting mortar have been carried out since the beginning of the year. The result met expectations.
