INFORMATION FOR SPEAKERS
 
Each speaker is granted 20-25 minutes to give a talk. Also 5-10 minutes are reserved for answering the questions from the audience. 
 
Abstracts will be published in the Proceedings of the 18th International Scientific and Practical Coiled Tubing, Hydraulic Fracturing and Well Intervention Conference.
 
Speakers should send an electronic form of their abstracts to the Organizing Committee before 01.10.2017.
 
Abstracts should be prepared using Microsoft Word application, Times New Roman font. The length of the abstract should not exceed 350 words. Figures and tables are not allowed. Abstracts should include the title of the report, name(s) and surname(s) of the author(s) and the name of organization(s) they represent.
 
Abstracts should be sent by e-mail to cttimes@cttimes.org with a subject “Abstract of the report”.
 
 
PREPARATION OF MULTIMEDIA PRESENTATIONS
 
Prior to the start of the Conference each speaker should provide the organizers with a presentation of his or her report prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint application. For correct representation of Russian (English) letters try to avoid utilization of non-standard fonts. Recommended fonts are Times New Roman, Arial, Calibri or Tahoma. Only CDs or USB flash drives should be used as carriers of multimedia presentations.
 
As far as there will be both Russian and foreign participants at the Conference, speakers are gently asked to make bilingual presentations (in Russian and English).
 
If a speaker wants to use the services of our technical translators, he or she should send the disk containing his or her presentation through the post to the address: Moscow, 5/1 Pyzhevsky Lane, Suite 425, before 15.09.2017. It also possible to send the presentation by e-mail to cttimes@cttimes.org before 01.10.2017 with a subject "Multimedia presentation".
 

Important!  Recommendations concerning preparation of abstracts and multimedia presentations will be sent to speakers straight after receiving their requests for participation.
