The new product will accelerate the drilling process of ovresaline rock complexes.

The development and implementation of the solution was carried out by the team of the flushing fluids unit of the cementing and fracking department. Specialists applied a conceptually new approach to the treatment of drilling mud with special additives.

Grouting workers performed a set of measures to minimize gland formation, shedding of the wellbore and collapses during drilling of the over-salt complex. They worked at well No. 15 of the Kartashovskoye oil field. Tests of the DRILLING DETERGENT anti-oil seal additive have shown significant beneficial effects.

The new modified solution was successfully tested. Tests have confirmed its effectiveness. In 2020, it is planned to be applied when drilling the pre-salt interval in 7 wells.
