Coiled Tubing, Hydraulic Fracturing and Well Intervention Conference

Dear friends!

The preparation for the 15^th International Scientific and Practical Coiled Tubing, Hydraulic Fracturing and Well Intervention Conference is underway.

Pay attention to the fact that the Conference’s title has been changed. Hydraulic fracturing, which has actually been one of the main trends of the Conference for years, is now included into its title.

The event will be traditionally organized by the Russian Chapter of The Intervention & Coiled Tubing Association (ICoTA), Coiled Tubing Technologies Development Center (Moscow) and scientific and practical Coiled Tubing Times Journal. It will be supported by the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation.

The Conference will be held at the Aerostar Hotel, Moscow, Russia (Leningradskiy ave. 37, bldg. 9, “Dinamo” subwаy station) on October 29-31, 2014. Educational Workshop is scheduled for October 29. It will be carried out by the specialists of Schlumberger Company.

Technical sessions are planned for October 30–31. The main topics covered will be:

• Coiled tubing technologies;
• Latest hydraulic fracturing technologies (multi-stage fracturing in horizontal wells, nitrogen fracturing, coiled tubing fracturing, etc.);
• Up-to-date well logging techniques, including horizontal wells logging;
• Well service (fishing and milling operations, packer setting jobs, etc.);
• New EOR technologies;
• Cement squeeze;
• Sidetracking operations, including those with coiled tubing application;
• Oilfield chemistry;
• Equipment, tools and materials for well servicing and workover.

We invite you to make a report during one of the sessions! Your report can be of scientific or commercial nature.

Working languages: Russian, English. Simultaneous interpretation will be provided.

During the whole period of the Conference a traditional exhibition will take place. The products and/or technologies of participating companies will be presented there.
