The Russian Oil & Gas Summit “Transportation, Storage, Trading” is held at a time of fundamental changes in the spheres of geopolitics and economics. Senior figures from major industrial companies seek cooperation with marketers in order to find optimal solutions. Here, at the Summit, key representatives of the oil & gas sector will consider innovative solutions and projects of nationwide scale in the field of transportation and storage of crude hydrocarbons, describe their experience of successfully completed projects, give expert commentaries, formulate strategies and determine directions of further development.

The Summit is focused on measures of state support and development of regional economy, tax remissions, creation of industrial parks, international pipeline projects of the Russian Federation and technical innovations in pipeline transportation. The business program includes a special thematic session “Storage of hydrocarbons” and a number of round tables: on development of port infrastructure and marine transport; marketing and sales of energy resources in the domestic market and abroad; and “Automation. Systems and components”. The Summit will gather more than 200 representatives from midstream and downstream companies as well as representatives from federal ministries, oil & gas associations, major vertically integrated industrial companies, operators of seaports and terminals, ship owners, key consulting and trading organizations

General principle of the event’s business program organization - profound analysis and accumulation of requests and feedback of major industrial and service companies. A team of analysts and project managers works at gathering information and its analysis.

Regarding the Summit 2014,  as a result of an offsite business meeting, organised by the Oil & Gas Refining Department of the Ministry of Energy the Russian Federation, a group of experts formulated several constructive proposals for integration of a number of factors in the projection methodology of the demand for automotive and diesel, boiler, bunker, aviation and heating oil.
