Belorsuneft-Siberia expanded its arsenal with a new mobile drilling unit

The unit for well drilling and workover with hook load of 200 tons was manufactured by Gomel JSC Seismotechnika, on request of Belorusneft-Siberia. The unit is designed to perform drilling, completion and workover, as well as tripping of tubing and drill pipes, installation of operational equipment at the wellhead and the elimination of accidents.

In the near future ARS-200 is planned to be mobilized to the 22nd well cluster of the Komsomolskoye field for drilling a production well on request of Rosneft-Purneftegaz.

Taking into account the new unit, the drilling capacities of the northern oilfield servicing branch of Belorusneft will include 4 mobile ARS-200 rigs produced by Gomel JSC Seismotechnika and a stationary drilling rig Uralmash 3D-76.

ARS-200 unit is designed for carrying-out of technical operations during drilling with rotary table and downhole engines, development of wells, workover, tripping of oilwell tubing and drill pipes, installation of operational equipment on the wellhead and breakdown elimination. The approximate well depth in well development and workover is 7000m (oil-well tubing – 14 kg/m). The approximate drilling depth – 4000m (drilling with stand of pipes 28 kg/m). The unit is installed on a towed vehicle - semitrailer MZKT-820 200 all terrain, 49.8 ton l/c.
