As a result, the highly productive well No. 121g was commissioned at the Marmovichi field. Its flow rate was 72 tons of dry oil per day.

The well was drilled in the Eastern part of the V block of the yeletsko-zadonskaya Deposit, which was not developed before due to the deteriorated reservoir properties. And there were no technical solutions for the development of such layers. Vertical wells were already being built in this area, but production did not reach two tons of oil per day, or even zero.

The geological divisions tested new, advanced technologies in the development of the site – they applied the experience of studying the low-permeability reservoirs of the I-III bundles of the Rechitsky field. Thanks to high-quality design and geological and technological support for the construction of a well in the formation, the most oil-saturated section was opened. The complex of works was completed successfully, and a good result was obtained. Drilling of the well using modern advanced technologies allowed entering into industrial development of difficult-to-develop zones of the Deposit.

The total geological reserves of these areas amounted to about one million tons of oil.
