Technical facilities of Backfill Operations Department got new equipment.

 

This subdivision of Belorusneft enterprise got the second complex for acid fracturing (AF) and hydraulic fracturing (HF) operations. Its acquisition is dictated by the need to carry out hydraulic fracturing and acid fracturing (using hydrochloric acid) operations in Belarus and by great demand for such technologies and equipment on the part of foreign companies.

 

New fleet includes 8 units of equipment manufactured by domestic companies. It outperforms the first complex purchased by Belorusneft and allows carrying out fracturing operations more qualitatively. All surface equipment is mounted on the all wheel drive (8x8) chassis of Minsk Wheel Tractor Plant manufacture. The cars are equipped with EURO-4 engines of increased output. The fleet meets the requirements of the Russian oil and gas companies with regard to manufacturability, mobility, operational flexibility, ergonomics and operational safety.

 

Now the complex is undergoing the field tests. It is assumed to use this equipment when performing service operations in Russia and Ukraine in the nearest future.
