The participants summarized the results of Company artificial lift activities in 2012 and discussed plans and prospects for 2013.

TNK-BP is consistently implementing a long-term program to improve artificial lift efficiency, including the analysis, evaluation and optimization of each stage of the ESP life cycle through the application of advanced technology and equipment. In 2012, the Company increased the meantime between failures (MTBF) of pumping equipment to record 662 days.

“The main goal of the conference is to share experience and learn lessons. This time we are also determined to openly discuss problems and search for solutions.
