Izhneftemash (part of Rimera Group) supplied a cementing fleet to Oil Services Company (Kazakhstan).

Under the contract, the shipment included a UNB2-250x50K double-pump unit, UNB-125x50SO and UNB-125x50K pump units, a USP-20K cement mixing and surge tank unit and a BM-70K manifold skid. The equipment was fabricated under a custom manufacturing order.

According to the client specifications, the USP-20K unit has a single-compartment tank with an internal gauge ruler and custom-made filling lines in the rear of the tank. The BM-70K manifold skid has quick unions with custom-made square threads. All vehicles are equipped with air conditioners and extra heaters.
