Rimera Group’s Izhevsk plant has shipped another batch of machinery to the Russian oil company.

Izhneftemash has executed another order for the supply of УНБ2-250х50К double-pump cementing units. Fourteen pieces of machinery have been supplied to Surgutneftegaz this year.

“In 2015-2016, the plant manufactured total 50 УНБ2-250х50К units designed in line with requirements of Surgutneftegaz.  Increase in the shipments of new machinery is indicative of efficient cooperation where the plant fabricates quality products as per client requirements - on time”, said Igor Korytko, Izhneftemash Executive Director. “Since the beginning of 2016, we have provided various customers with new equipment worth total 270 mln. rubles.

The УНБ2-250х50К double-pump cementing unit has been engineered and manufactured with due regard for the client’s technical requirements. It is designed for injection of non-aggressive fluids and solutions in the course of cementing, hydraulic jet perforating, sand washing, and other washing and displacement jobs, as part of oil and gas well testing and workover. The УНБ2-250х50К (UNB2 -250х50К) unit is equipped with two НТП-175 (NTP-175) high-pressure triplex plunger pumps that offer easy operation due to the interchangeability of its main assemblies and parts with other-type pumps. НТП-175 pumps can be used both combined and standalone, ensuring continuous well cementing.  In 2015, the УНБ2-250х50К unit successfully passed the trial at the Surgut Cementing Office.
