AO Volgogradneftegeofizika (the company is part of Rosgeo state parent company) finished the research in 20E-AGKM and 3gf-AGKM wells of the Astrakhan gas condensate field. The potentially bearing oil and gas site is located in the Krasnoyarsk Territory of the Astrakhan Region.

Here, the Volgograd enterprise performed seismic logging operations ordered by the subsurface user.

The Agreements for conducting a research in two wells were concluded in June 2018.

The planning was completed in August and all works were completely finished in September. The geophysicists registered the field data of seismic reflection survey and offset vertical seismic profiling (with 7,720 linear meters in total in the first well and 7,640 linear meters in the second), filed and interpreted the obtained data, prepared survey results report. The results will help to make conclusions about the geological structure and also oil-and-gas potential of the territory.
