AO Tsentralnaya geofizicheskaya ekspeditsiya (Central Geophysical Expeditions (CGE), Moscow; the company is a part of the Rosgeo state parent company) has completed the exploration stage of the Rechitsky field under the contract signed with Belorusneft Industrial Group, Republican unitary enterprise.

CGE was to create a seismogeological model of inter-salt deposits of the object. It will be used in the design of a geo-mechanical model in future.

This is the largest oil field in Belarus. It is located in the Rechitsky District of the Gomel Region.

During the project, the geologists also localized promising areas to design the wells with horizontal ending, processed and fully interpreted 2D/3D seismic data (112 linear km/352 km2). The report with the results was submitted to the customer.

The cooperation with the Belarusian Company continues. A new contract for the litho-facies model development of Dansko-Starooskolsky terrigenous deposits of Rechitsky field was signed.
