Seismologists of Belorusneft started field work in Ukraine

In the Poltava region, at the Selyukhovskoye oil and Skorobogatskoye oil and gas condensate fields, Belarusian specialists began recording seismic data. The work is carried out under a contract with a private company LLC Nadra-Geoinvest, which is one of the ten largest Ukrainian hydrocarbon production enterprises. According to the agreement, Belarusians will perform 3D seismic survey on an area of about 100 square km. Field seismic surveys are performed by qualified specialists, modern registration equipment, vibrating sources of seismic signals SV-30 / 120N produced by Gomel JSC Seismotechnika are used. Belorusneft experts are also engaged in processing the received material.

Another party of the Field Seismic operations department is doing field work at the Kamyshnyanskoye gas condensate field in the Poltava region for PJSC Ukrgazvydobuvannia. This company is the largest operator for the extraction of natural gas and gas condensate, it is part of Naftogaz Ukraine. The volume of 3D survey will be 390 square km. New vibrational sources of NOMAD-65 Neo seismic signals from the French company Sercel will be used in operations.

Also in the current portfolio of seismic surveys of Belorusneft there is a contract to conduct 3D seismic surveys on an area of 108 square kilometers at the Vasishchevskoye gas condensate field in the Kharkov region. The customer was a private company OOO Prom-Energo Product. To implement this agreement, the specialists of the WSSD will start after completion of field work on the assets of OOO Nadra-Geoinvest and PJSC Ukrgazvobycha.
