Installation of logging cable into coiled tubing was performed in Orenburg by request of LLC FracJet-Volga. Installation of cable was needed to carry out geophysical survey in horizontal wells using coiled tubing equipment.

Specialists of Production Association Belorusneft had to prepare, test and connect necessary equipment, namely they had to equip coiled tubing with logging cable using a special cable injector. It was developed and designed by the experts of Belnipineft R&D institute and EOR and workover department together with Russian LLC Pskovgeocable.

For the first time Belarusians performed such operations for LLC FracJet-Volga last year. This time the conditions were more complex- the length of coiled tubing made up about 5.7 thousand meters. Due to the implemented engineering and technical solutions the operations were executed successfully.
