Uralmashplant finished equipment shipping for “Arctic” innovative rig

In accordance with the order of Uralmash Oil and Gas Equipment Holding Uralmashplant manufactured drilling rig units for the drilling rig Uralmash 6000/400 EK-BMCh "Arctic". More than 800 t of equipment was manufactured, including guides, right and left frame modules, derrick and automated receiving board module.

The drilling rig Uralmash 6000/400 EK-BMCh "Arctic" was developed by Uralmash Oil and Gas Equipment Holding and is intended for Integra-Drilling, LLC. It will be used for development of Yuzhno-Tambeisky Oilfield at Yamal Peninsula.

The drilling rig Uralmash 6000/400 EK-BMCh "Arctic" is a block-module rig with two-echelon arrangement of block-containers is designed for drilling of wells at the Far North of Russia. Due to multi-deck two-echelon arrangement the area occupied by the rig is significantly reduced. The rig is completely covered from the crown block to receiving board and is provided with a combined heating system that provides for its continuous operation practically under any climatic condition in the artic region.

This is already the fifth set of equipment for the "Arctic" drilling rig manufactured by Uralmashplant.
