Advanced electronic systems for monitoring oil production in the Yangpur fields

We are talking about systems "SCAD 3104 SCS". They were developed and implemented by the specialists of the Belarusian Research and Design Institute of Oil.
Yangpur OJSC, the northern extractive enterprise of Belorusneft, was handed over 15 sets of systems created in the department of technical means for monitoring the oil production of the institute. This is an innovative product, new generation equipment for monitoring the technological parameters of the operation of electrical centrifugal or electric screw pumps. Automated software and hardware allows you to get reliable data in real time.
In addition to the "SCAD 3104 SCS" in the department of technical means of monitoring the oil production of the institute have developed another, more advanced system of well control - "Cicada-01". These products allow the field process engineer to monitor the downhole equipment located at a depth of several kilometers. Such complexes are being installed to the artificial lift well stock in the Belarusian region. This year, 90 advanced telemetry and telemechanics systems are planned to be introduced at Rechitsaneft oil and gas production department.
In addition, BelNIPIneft specialists continue to improve the already implemented and create new systems of submersible telemetry, which are in demand both in Belarus and abroad, often having unique parameters.
Experimental field tests of equipment that has no analogues are started - the on-line downhole parameters monitoring system during the hydraulic fracturing operation.
These and other technical innovations make it possible to increase the efficiency of the equipment, its reliability, reduce the loss of time and materials during oil production, and reduce capital costs during the necessary research.
