The new compressor gained immediate acceptance by the market, selling more than 500 units in the two weeks following the launch last month. It is the result of several years of research and development. The greatest innovation is the integration of the interior permanent magnet motor with the compressor element, creating a lighter, quieter and more efficient machine.

“Our new compressor sets a whole new standard by cutting energy consumption up to 50 per cent,” said Stephan Kuhn, president of the Compressor Technique Business Area. “It will benefit both our customers and the environment. It’s a great example of how our investment in R&D is paying off.”
