This technology helps to “revitalize” wells where oil production by traditional methods is impossible or unprofitable.

The main difference between aggressive hydraulic fracturing and classical hydraulic fracturing is massively increased volume of proppant per meter of net thickness. As a result, a significant amount of proppant is pumped into zones far away from the wellbore. This allows not only to increase the inflow of hydrocarbons, but the duration of the stimulation effect.

During aggressive hydraulic fracturing, it was possible to obtain an increase in oil production from 6 to 18 tons per day at the wells of the Nekrasovsky and Rechitsky fields.

The development of new technology at Belorusneft continues. Until the end of the year, several more operations will be carried out at the wells of the rolling stock and commissioned from drilling.
