In the Drilling equipment maintenance department Nefteburservis we produced the first pumping unit of our own production. This sucker rod pump drive is the analog of UP-12T model, which is widely used in the operation of mechanized wells of Belorusneft starting from the 70-ies of the last century.

The test model of the new equipment has passed the factory test. The basic requirements, including the reliability of steel structures, work of nodes and joints comply with technical requirements by the experts of oil and gas production department. Field tests of the new unit are being held at the well number 42 of Rechitsa oil field.

It is expected that the pumping units of our own production in the future will completely replace drives of sucker rod pumps, with have considerable wear or degradation. Next year in accordance with the production program of Drilling equipment maintenance department Nefteburservis it is planned to produce 36 pumping units.
