Izhevsk Plant of Rimera Group to Complete a New Order of Specialized Equipment for Surgutneftegaz

Rimera's Izhneftemash plant will ship a batch of specialized equipment for well construction and workover worth over 70 million roubles to Surgutneftegaz.

According to the tender contract signed with Surgutneftegaz, Izhneftemash plant of Rimera Group will make more than 20 skid-mounted equipment units throughout this year: UNB-125x32S and US-50x20DS pumping units and mixing machines. These are Izhneftemash's batch-produced units.

"Our company has been successfully cooperating with Surgutneftegaz for many years. Besides batch-produced items, Surgutneftegaz makes large-scale orders for new designs", says Izhneftemash Chief Executive Officer Sergey Shunin. "An UNB2-250x50K dual-pump unit made for Surgutneftegaz and right now being tested in the Surgut Cementing Department is an example of our successful work in this field."

Skid-mounted UNB-125x32S and US-50x20DS pumping units and mixing machines have been specifically made for Surgutneftegaz and are used during cementing jobs in oil and gas wells under low temperature conditions. Specialized equipment on a skid base can be transported on a helicopter sling to any fields inaccessible for standard wheeled vehicles.
