Cement trademark is CTTRS-1arm. Using this substance, the specialists of Backfill division have performed cementing of casing string section (245 mm in diameter) within the interval of 4,596 – 5,781 m. A decision to apply a special purpose high temperature well cement was taken according to the results of casing of the first well section at bottomhole temperatures up to +130 °С. Usual cement cannot be used at such high temperatures. To select the required material, five foreign species meeting the given properties, parameters and characteristics were tested. Upon careful analysis the choice was made in favour of CTTRS-1arm produced by the Russian Granula, LLC.

This mixture was specially developed for casing operations in deep wells at high bottom-hole temperatures ranging from 100 to 160°С. In exceptional cases it allows to work at temperatures up to 220°С.
