Rimera Group Izhneftemash Plant Finished Testing New Equipment at Udmurtia Field

INM-3-CHR-400 switchboards for electrical submersible pumps have successfully undergone field performance testing at the Belkamneft well.

Izhneftemash  plant, Rimera Group, finished testing the new equipment at Udmurtia field.

Starting from July 2016, field trials of INM-3-CHR switchboard at   operational current up to 400A have been carried out at the Vyatskaya area of the Arlanskoye oil field of Belkamneft. All the operating functions have been successfully tested, no equipment faults have been revealed. INM-3-CHR switchboard fully conforms to the customer requirements and will continue to be operated at the field.

INM-3-CHR switchboards for electrical submersible pumps with  variable speed drives are designed for  controlling motor shaft speed, optimizing the performance and protecting against failure of submersible motors in the hole.  INM-3-CHR switchboards are of improved-reliability single-module  design with built-in output filter and new software. The new equipment has been certified as per the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union, thus enabling its supply both to Russia and to the neighboring countries.

“Izhevsk plant of Rimera Group plans to manufacture more than 100 INM-3-CHR-400 switchboards in 2017.  A new dedicated switchboard and telemetry manufacturing site is currently under construction at the plant.  This being said, Rimera Group intends to re-enter this market at the ultimate quality level, thus strengthening the Company ‘s position in integrated services for fuel & energy companies”, explains Stanislav Veliky, Sales Director, Rimera Group.
