Three new assemblies within the pump unit were subjected to trial: a 0615-3 series pump Size 3 with capacity of 80 m3/day, a thyratron-motor pump Size 3 with capacity of 50kW, speed 6000 rpm and a modular protector Size 3, speed 6000 rpm.
The pump unit worked away 201 days in the normal operation mode, maintaining the technical and power-supply parameters. It raised no criticism during the operation, and keeps working now.
The unit is designed for crude production from exploratory wells under intervention, wells with technical constrains and lateral holes. The minimum internal diameter of the casing string is 100 mm.
The 0615ЭЦНАКИ3-80ИТ (0615ETSNAKIZ-80IТ) compression assembly pump has increased discharge and power-related parameters. The pumping stages are of single-thrust bearing type, two-piece assembly, made of high-durability solid Ni-resist material; the impellers are of solid impeller type.
The ВЭД50-81-6000М (VED50-81-6000M) electric motor has a high efficiency output (96%) and true power cosine (0.92), which cuts the unit’s overall power consumption.
The ГТМА3ЛДДЭ ОУ-6000 (GTMAZLDDE OU-6000) modular protector has three levels of protection; its design uses a reinforced thrust bearing assembly.
“Today, pump units for producing oil from lateral holes are in a constantly growing demand from petroleum companies. With serial introduction of thyratron-motor ESPs, the Alnas plant will start presenting its products in this market segment. The new equipment meets our customer’s requirements to reliability, high wear resistance and power efficiency”, says Sergey Sibirev, Director of Rimera Group’s R&D Center.
