INM-3-CHR switchboards for electrical submersible pumps have successfully undergone the pilot field trials at the Udmurtneft field. Experimental operation confirmed the full compliance of the switchboards manufactured by Izhneftemash with the ETT-6 unified technical requirements of Rosneft.

The switchboards for electrical submersible pumps INM-3-CHR has been underwent the field testing since July 2016 at the Kotovskoye field of Udmurtneft (operated by Rosneft and Sinopec). The test results confirmed the equipment compliance with the customer's requirements for the productivity of electric submersible pumps, easy and uninterrupted operation in various start-up and speed control modes of the motor shaft.

The switchboards for electrical submersible pumps INM-3-CHR with a frequency converter are designed for controlling the pump and electric motor. ESP switchboards have a built-in output filter and new software.

- Over 9 months of 2017, Izhneftemash supplied more than 110 ready-to-use control stations, and their share in the structure of the company's sales was 6%. The conformity of the INM-3-CHR control stations with the requirements of ETT-6 opens up the wide opportunities for the further development of this production area, notes Sergey Berezin, Executive Director of the Izhneftemash.

Today a serial production of four ESP switchboard modifications with a working current of 250A, 400A, 630A and 800A is mastered in "Izhneftemash". The company plans to expand the product line and develop the equipment for 1,000A.
