The technology of dual injection was implemented in 75 injection wells of the Company during the six months of 2013. The additional production by the influenced producing wells amounted to 979.5 thousand tons.

The Company is implementing a Program of production casings protection in order to guard downhole equipment from the effects of high pressure and corrosion damage. In the framework of the Program, M1-X packers were installed in 242 injection wells juts during the first half of this year.

Highly reliable M1-X packers are introduced as one unit with corrosion resistant tubing and are filled with anti-corrosion liquid, which allows for even more efficient wells production casing protection from the influence of high pressures and corrosion. Since the beginning of the Program realization, M1-X packers have been deployed in 3,754 injection wells at TATNEFT.
