The cementing complex includes 5 pieces of specialized equipment: double-pump cementing unit UNBS2 600x70, mobile cement warehouse CT-40-M2-01, two cement trucks CT-25-M03 and cementing control station SKCS-01.

High performance of the cementing complex during preparation of cement slurry and its injection into well allows creating a turbulent fluid flow in the well’s annulus ensuring uniform and complete substitution of drilling mud by cement slurry.

Optimization of the casing cementing time is also achieved through a high performance of the blender, followed by injection of the prepared cement slurry into the well using high capacity piston pumps NTP-727.

Pre- calculated volume of casing cementing operations will amount to 120 wells per year.

Cementing of 49 casings has been performed in the Company since the beginning of the complex application. The average wellbore cementing quality factor 'k' with respect to the wellbore amounted to 15 (=0.84), while the one with respect to the productive horizon amounted to 16 (=0.912).

The cementing complex replaces 14 units of the standard specialized equipment. Cementing units UNBS2 are manufactured by Stromneftemash, LLC (Kostroma), mobile cement warehouses CT-40 and cement trucks CT-25 are manufactured by Sibneftemash, JSC (Tyumen).

Operations with application of the up-to-date cementing complex are performed in Tatarstan only by Leninogorsk Cementing Company, LLC (Lutr, LLC), which is part of TATNEFT Group of Companies.
