Ukrdobycha Open Joint-Stock Company is a major Ukrainian producer of natural gas and gas condensate. It is part of Naftohaz of Ukraine.

Ukrgazdobycha is a vertically integrated company with a closed production cycle – from exploration of oil and gas fields, their development and transporation to hydrocarbon processing and sale of oil products.

The company is developing gas, oil-and-gas and oil/gas-condensate fields in Kharkiv, Poltava, Sumy, Donetsk, Luhansk, Dnipropetrovsk, Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Zakarpattia and Volyn Oblasts. Prospecting surveys of new hydrocarbon fields are carried out in the Dnieper-Donetsk Aulacogen, in Carpathian Region.

Ukrgazdobycha comprises two gas-producing companies, a well drilling company, a gas and gascondensate processing subdivision (two gas processing plants), a geophysics department, a construction unit, a research institute. The company accounts for over 80% of the total natural gas production and 67 % of gas condensate and oil.
